I got this same notice, saying it was a 2nd notice. I called my local county sheriffs department and they said it could be a private legal service. Another lady called me this morning saying her name was Kim. I don't believe any of it.
"Process server" extortion scam. These extortion rings are using it a lot lately.

Got a notice on door saying to call this number because someone named Melissa has court papers for me.
Googled number and found 128 complaints to the FCC about this number as well as complaints from people in other states. I believe its a scam.
