This number called, left no message.  Put number on block.  Apparent spoofing.

This was a recording for that "Lower your interest" crap! I have not owned a major credit card in almost 10 years. If you press the option to Opt out, it tells them you have an active phone number and they sell your phone number to other idiots to bother you.
