This  number  constantly  calls  me  even  though  I  don't  answer  their  calls.

I have blocked this number. If you do not answer the call, they do not leave a message. I believe the reason why I blocked the number in the first place as it was referring to Student Loan Forgiveness and they had been calling me incessantly. As others have stated when I did call this number back, it was out of service. This is a very annoying.

This number calling me many times a day and when I call back it says it does not exit,

This is a to I call that calls me three times a day.  I finally listened to it and it's a call about lowering student debt.
