I needed to get software to help clean my computer. I chose magic jack,but later found out it Avangate some company in Amsterdam which came through a local company,s computer. He was not able to download and called me to get online banking so he could refund the money. I refused to get online banking and he told me that he was going to lock my computer I could only use it with his password. The money was taken out of my account and now I am trying to find the person responsible.
