Who called from 9705070520

Received phone call from this number at 11:30 pm - it woke me up
When I tried to return the call, voice mail said it was a DISCONNECTED / Non working number
If that's true, then HOW DID IT CALL ME

called my cell phone. No one there. Called back and it's busy

I got a call from that number a few minutes ago.  I called it back and got a Verizon message stating it had been changed, disconnected, or not in service.

Get so many spam/scam calls and have to block #'s. This is maybe the 40th # I've blocked now.

Called at 7:30am when I picked up phone they hung up. Tried calling them back and got Verizon message that this phone number had been changed or disconnected!!!  Same question.. then how did I get a call from them.
