Received a recorded message from this number suggesting I could lower my credit card interest rates. I pay off my credit cards so I do not incur any interest payments. I hung up and will block this caller.

I picked up.. no one talks... hung up themselves

Got a call from 970 517 2008. The number comes up in Hot Sulphur Springs, CO. No message and the recording states that "all circuits are busy."
