This number called my DNC-listed landline today at 1236 hours.  Because 99.9% of all calls I get on my landline are scam artists calling me illegally, I had no reason to believe this call was any different.  So ignored it while I researched the number.  It only rang about four times before they gave up, which is typical of scam artist calls.  According to whitepages.com, it's not a valid phone number.  Surprise, surprise.  The timing of the phone call is also very indicative of a scam artist (lunch time.)
