Called my cell 11:02 a.m. PST 10/3/16.  Short ring, left no message.  Blocked.

I got a call from this number. It rang once and hung up. I called back and got an automated message about a reward card available for redemption. They also gave me the option to be removed from their call list. Hopefully this prevents more calls.

Same thing. Rang once and hung up.

Got two calls and they seem to ring once or twice and then hang up. Not sure who or why but the number happens to be local to me. Weird.
