I got a call from this number tonight at 7:29. The guy on the other end said that he was calling to speak to the main head of the household and when I asked him what it was pertaining to, he said, at first, "I am calling about a civic matter." He would not tell me what he was calling about. When I asked, "What is this pertaining to?" He said, "I thought I made it clear that I was calling to speak to him about a civic matter." I told him that if he did not tell me what he was calling about, that I could not allow him to speak to the head of the household. He started laughing and hung up on me.

I recieved a phone call this morning from this number. My wife answered and the caller (male) asked for me by first name. My wife informed him I wasnt home and she asked whom was calling and he stated " I am not going to say" and he hung up on her. I called the number twice when I returned home and the other person hung up without saying a word.
A guy called for me would not tell my husband what it was about and my husband said anything you have to talk to my wife u can talk to me he just said he would call back
Do not return these calls. These operations could be using phony messages such as the one you describe in the hope somebody will call and confirm the number.
