A guy called me asking all kinds of questions to give me a quote however he had no idea what to quote me! Then a woman jumped on the phone ...very insistent that I try their printing products. I kept telling both of them that I really like who we are currently using for our printing supplies....neither one of them listened to me. So then finally she heard about the 5th time I said NO THANK YOU .....she just hung up on me!!
I tried to call the number back to speak with a manager but all it does is ring. The number shows up as 970-669-3747.
Caller supposedly from Denver CO asked for our printing supplies person-in-charge. Told her, we don't have a printer and hung up! Telemarketers, provide your legit company name and I'll see if I want to do business with you. This will eliminate wasteful time from both of us.
"Blake" called today asking for my printer information. I said our printers are on contract and our toners are included. He said 'ok, but I'm not talking about those, I'm talking about your desktop printers' Again, I tell him they are on contract. He replies 'ok fine, but that doesn't mean that you don't own any' Really dude?? I POLITELY say 'I'm sorry, we are not interested in a quote on toners' and he says "RUDE!" and hangs up! Seriously??
