Update: Guy refuses to accept no as an answer, is still texting my business line to try to get me to accept him as a client. Guess it's more reason for me not to accept him as a client.
This guy (claims his name is Bill) got my number of off my business website. My website clearly states that I do not accept text messages, & will not accept clients who text me, but I've now received 3 text messages from him today.
As if that were not bad enough behavior, he has now texted me information from my personal profile on a social media site. Dunno who this dude is, but this behavior is NOT okay. I will NOT be returning his attempts at contacting me.
Do not respond to unwanted texts or emails from questionable sources. Several mobile service providers (including AT&T) will allow you to report unwanted spam texts by simply forwarding them to 7726 (or “spam”) to enable the providers to prevent future unwanted texts from the specific sender.
TIP:
Put 7726 in your contact list, so you can easily forward those unwanted texts!

However, in many cases, the text origin, as seen on your phone, is faked. The internet domain does not exist, or the phone number may have been spoofed.

Please reply to this post, and let us know if you tried the suggestion, and if it did or did not work.
It's not a spam text, it's a rude client who called without reading the not-so-fine print. Your "help" isn't so helpful.
Update: He contacted me through my social media account tonight. I informed him that I would not accept him as a client right before I blocked him, & I am hoping that that will be the end of it.

Apparently our definitions of "spam" differ.
In ANY case, it was an unwanted text, right? (Otherwise, why did you post here?)
Therefore my suggestion is correct.
Google the definition of spam, dude.
"irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the Internet to a large number of recipients".
Because your post was a copy/paste, it's more akin to spam than a single text from a bad client.
