This same number is listed under Level 3 Communications, LLC and also Associated Recovery Systems (ARS). I think ARS is using Level 3 Communications phone numbers to make their calls - don't know for sure, but all of the numbers on the internet relate back to Level 3 Communications, LLC and I had previously gotten a letter from ARS before I started getting all of these calls. They use these numbers 970-674-7507, 970-674-7508, 970-315-4582, 970-712-0053, 970-986-4847, and 970-315-4609.

They are extremely annoying - I am going to send both of them a Cease & Desist letter. If anyone else is bothered by them - search the internet for this letter. They can be sued for $1,000 (per occurance is what I was told) if they contact you more than one time after you send them one of these letters - it's the law.

I have received repeated calls as in more then 10 calls in the last 4 days on my cell phone. They Keep asking for someone other them myself and I explain everytime that they do not have the correct number. But I could take a message. When ask the company name they say Vision Financial, and when I ask and your type of business is? They say its a personal business matter. I am not asking any type of personal information with regard to the person being left a message for. It is getting a little old. I have ask to be removed from the contact numbers they have yet they have not done so. The need to leave me alone.
