The number was used to try and coerce a party into cashing a fake check for the purchase of an item. The check was labled WCB (workers compensation board Alberta) with a memo of "instant cash". The caller threatened to go to the FBI until the potential victim stated that they already had. The check came in a priority mail package with no other documents.The check is from New York, The package was addressed from New Jersey, and the Phone number is in Fort Collins Colorado.
