Who called from 9706884620

A guy calls at 840am from a 720 (Colo) Area Code and asks if "xxxxx" is there?  I said "yes"...then he clicked off.

I answered department of defense, as I did not recognize the number, Caller asked for my husband by his given name, NO ONE does that I repeated department of defense, he hung up. Sure it was a scam.

Husband answered phone, caller asked for Dixie and then hung up.

Called today. Asked: Is <my name> there! Hello... I did not pick up the phone.
