Who called from 9706951000

I've asked to be removed from this number at least 3 times and I'm still receiving calls. Can't actually talk to a real person to tell them to [***], I've try hitting zero for an opporator and it just repeats the original message.

They call several times in one day, but they've hung up before I can answer.  The calls are very annoying.

calls repeatedly, hangs up on my answering machine. I screen all calls and never pick up unless I know who's calling. I am on the Do Not Call Registry. I googled this number and it is a telemarketer.
