Aggravating numerous calls from this number!

doesn't know how to leave mssg...just repeats, hello, I'm...... and then realizes no one is there and hangs up day after day, hour after hour

Thanks to prior reports of this number I knew just to hit the block button. Thank you.

Call from 7:30am (yes am) until 8pm..I do not answer and they continue this is interfering  in my family's sleep and daily activities.I called my cable provider who taught me how to block the number problem is if the caller changes one digit you are back to square one.
