After receiving a call from 970-444-7070 a couple of weeks ago, I received a call yesterday from EAT LLC from 970-840-0868.  Since it was a local call (same city), I answered the call and responded to a few general questions about water quality.  I then asked what the information was used for.  The call did not know and turned me over to Carrie, her supervisor.  She claimed that they were collecting data for Water Awareness Program for their parent, the EPA.  (Really?)  With further questioning, she admitted that they were "not actually part of the EPA."
