Jeez - is there ANY way to make these a-holes stop calling????

Got a call from 970-968-0780.Nos response on receiving the call.

yet another call with no message.  it seems that every time I block a call (THANK YOU APPLE), another one comes from a different number.  Is it possible that companies can manipulate which area code and phone # appears on your caller id?   what is the point of the NO CALL LIST if no one enforces it?

Called cell; unknown number so didn't answer, left no message -

They can leave a message and if it's not someone I know then won't respond to that either

Received a call from this number on my cell...did not answer.....not in my area code and no name and not in my contact numbers.....no one I know
