female person asked who is in charge of purchasing ink and toner. When I said "I am" and we do not want any solicitations and to be taken off their call list she became rude and proceeded to talk over me. I informed her all of our calls are recorded and they need to not call again. her reply was "good then you can have something to listen to later, you can play this back and see that you are wasting money buying ink elsewhere when you should be buying from us" and then hung up on me. If you try to call the number back it will not go thru to anyone. SERIOULY!!!!!! is that how you expect to make a new customer, this company and its telemarketers are a JOKE!!! Do yourself a favor and don't answer the line when you see their number come up.
