Who called from 9712089913

I had a missed call from them with no message left at about 9PM.

Called me at 9 in the morning. It was an automated message from "Obama administration" and the "IRS" about back tax dept and saying they will work with me on fixing my mortgage rates. I don't have a mortgage or any other loans for that matter, and I surely don't owe any back taxes. It's just a scam

CallerID says PacificTel. They call every single day, over and over and over again. Nobody there when I answer the phone, then a computer starts playing a message and I hang up. Why can't I get Verizon to block the number?

Automated message as noted above - eliminate back taxes.  At end of message, you can press 7 to stop getting calls.  Tried it, will see if it works.

Called number back with call blocking enabled. Recorded message stated that they would not take call unless my call blocking features were disabled so they could determine where my call was coming from!  HAhahaha, imagine that.  That's what you call audacity.
