Who called from 9712089944

First time from this number - I have been getting calls from all over the US that I owe money and if I don't take care of within the next 2 hours someone will be at my house and arrest me.  I save the numbers on my cell as DO NOT ANSWER - I am now up to 5 different numbers.

Called back and it was an offer for health insurance. Hit 9 to remove myself from the call list.

Called my cell and did not leave a VM.

must be a robo dialer, same time every other day 11:30 mtn, i never answer they never leave a message.

Called, left no message. Called the number back and it was completely silent.
