Who called from 9712089947

just got a call saying it was an independent survey group.

No Idea who this is and they left no message

I TOO, AM GETTING CALLS  FROM THIS NUMBER. I CALLED BACK AND IT SAID THE NUMBER WAS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE.

How do they get through our don't call list?  Or is the don't call list only for businesses that are SELLING something?

This number called us this morning, but hung up when the answering machine cut in.  I was not answering because the area code was foreign to me.  Looked it up......originates from Oregon.  I am blocking this number.
