Who called from 9712089956

For me they just stay quiet. Very quiet, then 20 sec later they hang up

received call from this number, did not recognize it, did not answer.

They are calling North Carolina too, ROBOdialing - I have 3 cellphones with numbers one right after the other, and the calls come in almost one right after the other.  I'll block one number on VERIZON, and they just go to another number.  This one was Oregon.

I did not answer and do not answer any calls like this - best policy - Don't call them back
