Got a phone call today (9/29/12) at 8:39 a.m. same telemarketer message with no opportunity to speak to someone to get off their call list. Also am on the DNC list. Filed a complaint with the FTC as this is the 3rd time.
Called twice today from this number and I have filed complaints with the government 'do not call' registry but NOW I use a different tact: I push the number to 'be connected' and when a HUMAN answers, I ask them politely to "remove me from your call list" and they usually HANG UP faster than I can complete the request. However, they know I don't want to be called and it's on THEIR nickel...not mine. I figure they will eventually take my number off their list and it is very satisfying to turn the tables on them...they seem genuinely annoyed! Ha, ha!
The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO. They will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

have had many-rather nasty all about lowering interest rates- am on do not call but they dont bother following my request--feel lit is another scam cropping up
