they called me, but there was no response when I picked up the phone on the second ring.

RECEIVED MANY CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ALWAYS LET IT GO TO VOICE MAIL NEVER ANY MESSAGE  THEY CALL EVERY DAY AND AT DIFFERENT TIMES WHEN ANSWER ONLY GET RECORDED MESSAGE

Called me twice today and didn't leave a message. Actually I've been getting calls every hour on the hour from various numbers. WTF?

Picked up the phone when Financial Center called ---- no one there ----- and no recording.
And, I am on the DNC list, for all the good that does.

Caller ID said Financial Ctr.  Spouse hung up on them.  Good old Pacific Telecom Services Group again?  Any lawyer out there who thinks some of the victims of this company could get a restraining order filed against them, especially the victims of profanity and sexual content?  Hey just asking?  Is there anyway to get states to make only USA based companies public utilities?  No foreign owned company could be the owner of any USA public utility.  That would get rid of the Belize or off shore scumbag protection.  What do you guys think?
