Same recorded message from Rachel as the one I received yesterday offering to lower my credit ard interest rates to as low as 6.9% when I am currently and historically paying 0%. I wish these retards would quit waking me up and let an old Army veteran finally get some rest.
Phone number 1-971-217-9515 keeps calling my mother's residence, daily with an automated message that asks if she has $3,000 or more in unwanted credit card debt. It prompts her to press 3 to discontinue further correspondences and 1 to speak to a live representative. After pressing 3 for numerous weeks, I've pressed 1 and asked the rep to put us on the DO NOT CALL list. She hangs up on me. Every time. I'm furious that these "agencies" are allowed to continue this behavior. There has to be some line to draw in the name of privacy. Another number that shows up below the phone number is V12091232520158. I'm not sure if this will be helpful in your pursuit.

Another "cardholder services" spam call. I've pushed 3 a million times and spoken with a live representative briefly (before they hang up on me)... to no avail.
Follow Bill's example and get a call blocker. Answering the phone and hitting "3" only confirms they have a live number and they will keep calling. Simply get a call blocker and block their number. They won't even be able to ring your phone. I have a blocker myself and they are very effective, though not perfect.
