I get calls on my cell # I've had for over 8 yrs from 9712179590 saying that they are tax relief center.I've gotten so many calls I now save the # under tax a**holes so when they call me back I'm gonna answer the phone under my old business name and that this call is being recorded for quality purposes.
Why can't people understand that when you don't answer after the 100th call that you are just not interested and you are never going to answer their call. My rule is call once, leave a message letting me know who you are and what you want. I will decide if I want to talk to you and I will call back, if not, then you don't need to call anymore because you are wasting your time. I screen ALL of my calls and I don't care how many times someone calls, if I don't want to talk to someone or they do not give information as to who they are and what they want or their name/number does not appear on caller ID, then I will never answer it in a hundred years. I am happy that on my mobile phone I have Mr. Number and can block anyone (even numbers I cannot block on any other phone) I can find out who they are even if they block caller ID and I can read other peoples reviews of who they are and what they want or leave my own reviews. I wish my land line had the same feature, but AT&T will charge you for call blocking feature and the feature that will show numbers when they block caller ID, but then will turn around and allow those companies to bypass your call blocking and Caller ID unblocking. They make money at both ends because they sell you the service and then sell another service to unscrupulous companies to defeat the services that they take your money for.
