Got the same call..... I didn't answer and then called them back. It's a marketing service and the recording said to press 1 to remove my number from their list... I did it, lets see if it works....

I got one of these stupid calls the other day too.
I wonder if this would work: many credit cards allow you to create "virtual" card #s with spending limits and short expirations, for use on sites you don't trust with your actual card #. Create one with the minimum limit and if they ask for your CC #, give them the virtual #. Then if/when they charge it, call the CC company and report a fraudulent charge and have their a$$es thrown in jail.
What CC companies need is a service where they can issue bogus #s for use on potential scammers, and any attempt to charge the # gets reported.
I am so irritated with these calls. Neither hubby nor I answer any unknown number on the Caller ID. This one said "Services". I called back with the blocked feature so they didn't have my number and got a recording. Just plain irritated.
THIS NUMBER CONTINUES TO CALL MY HOME SEVERAL TIMES A DAY AND ALL WEEK LONG. SPOKE TO A FRIENDLY REP ...LOL... NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. TOLD THEM TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR CALLING LIST AND THEY STILL CALL EVERYDAY ALL WEEK LONG. SOMEONE NEEDS TO PUT A STOP TO THIS COMPANYS TACTICS AND LIES.
