Call on 3/9/12. Automated recording stating they can offer a lower interest rate on my credit card. I've received dozens of calls with this recording. A couple times I've listened to the whole message and pressed the number they offer if I want to talk to a person, then I requested they remove my number from their call list. I've always gotten a male operator, and they've been rude and hung up on me when I requested removal.
I am offering $10,000 USD to anyone (especially telephone company personal) who will provide information as to where the boiler room scam is operating. If you have such information post it here and I will post further instructions.
