Who called from 9712201649

This number called my home in early afternoon.  The phone rang twice and when I answered it no one was there.  The caller ID said Electronic Pay...when I tried to call the number back the line remained silent, then a recording says your call did not go through try again.  This is very unsettling and suspecious.

Caller ID read Electronic pay..I didnt answer as i get many of these calls at work..

Some kind of spammer. Called back twice got a different message each time, pre recorded. Just block that number. Hope this helps.
