Just got a call from theis number 971 220 1894, she asked me by name, then asked if I was a US citizen, I said no, then she said the offer was only for US citizens, so if you don't want them to call, you could say that and they will not provide you with the offer. I also applied for a couple of jobs, so this is probably where they are getting their info from.
Over the last several days I have received similar calls from this number and many others. The only new thing has changed recently is that I was playing MMO's and when I attempted to get extra in game credits for free I was asked to fill out questionnaires and apply for tons of stuff. I'm glad I didn't apply it could be much worse. Hope this helps
