same message on recording from this number or the 800 number they called on. I had already set my phones up awhile ago on the no call list so I don't know why months later I am getting the call. never could speak with live person....just heard their music.
These people call me about every two weeks and I'm never around to answer it and when I called back and waited to talk to someone and they had some music and I had them on speaker phone and during the music I heard someone cough and when they knew I heard them I started flipping out and they put me into voicemail I am so sick of this and don't have time for it
This number and 503-563-0168 are from the same place. They call every day, sometimes more than once. I have done the "remove my number" thing but they still call. This time I pressed 1 to talk to a rep and when I told them I wasn't calling to reduce my rates, they hung up. I tried to call back and just got the voice mail runaround so...we will see but now Im filing a complaint. Im so tired of "Hi.. this is Rachel. and I want to lower your rates" calls.
IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THESE GUYS, REPORT THEM! They call both my numbers, often times hang up. If you call them back it's a recording that does not identify the company and they give you another number to call to "speak to a representative" but no one answers. Both my numbers are on the Do Not Call list. These are the ultimate in annoyance calls, and they should be fined royally.
I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, and I keep telling them to remove my number, but they keep calling. I have issues a complaint with the State of Utah Attorney Generals Office, and they are looking into this company. I have noted the times and dates they have called since I asked them to remove my number... I am going to file a law-suit against them for harassment in the amount of $500 dollars per call.
