Just got a call from this number as well. Caller ID said: CNAM. I did not answer. My number is on the 'do not call' list also. Wonder how they got the number?
Called and left message on answering machine. Want to refinance by debt on credit cards. We pay off our credit cards each month. Sick and tired of getting these call. Report them whenever you can.
