Who called from 9712280904

Same thing phone rang no one said anything. Tried to call back said it couldn't go through

Called 3 times in a hour. Number I don't know so I don't answer them. But annoying for sure.

I didn't answer because my caller ID said Potential Spam! There's no way I was gonna actually answer that. But, glad I found this thread.

I noticed a missed call on my cell from this number. I guess it's a good thing I didn't waste my time answering.

"Sue" seemed to be a robo caller, but her conversation was designed to fool you into thinking that she was a real person.  She hung up.  When I tried returningthe call, a recording said that "this number cannot be reached by a cell phone.  Please try again from a land line."
