Who called from 9712383239

Hi,

I had lost my bag and a person called Jia Meixiu claimed to be deaf sent me a message from this number 9712383239 and told he/she had the bag and  asked for my name, address and email address.

I lost my wallet and received the same text message from this person saying she was deaf and found my wallet and never heard back.

This person just sent me the SAME message. What kind of scam is this...

I also got a message saying that they had found my lost wallet case with my phone in it. Same name "Jia Meixiu" asked for the same information (address, email address, imei # of the phone)......I don't understand what they could do with all that info!
