Who called from 9712387461

I get a call from this number at least 10 times a day.  They never leave messages and when I answer, no one says anything, not only that, I have not given my permission to anyone to even call me from this number.

Call from 1-971-238-7461 on landline. Caller ID says "ReceivablesPerf" and no message left. Will report to Do Not Call Registry.

Calls 3x/4x per day- no one answers and no message- Very irritating. This has been going on for several months now.

A man left a muffled message on my home land-line's answering machine.  The beginning was muffled, but he said he was a "tax collector," and that I should call him back at 866-212-7468.  It has to be a scam.

Awful
