Who called from 9712395978

Caller claimed I won a free trip because of my VISA rewards. He then proceeded to ask me for my VISA expiration date which I didn't provide to him.

I got the same message-I caught him by asking his coordinates so I could call him back.
Decided to check the number - of course.  If it sounds too good to be true........ why are these fraudsters not found and prosecuted?  Hope they know that Judy is looking for them.
