I received a call from 971-240-4254 and the caller i.d. said Intl. Number as well. I answered the call but there was no response. We are on the "Do not Call" list, but it sure seems that there are a lot of people that ignore the list.
Got a phone call from this same number, I spoke with someone who asked for me by name, and said he was aware I had some past due debts!, Told him "not at all!" and promptly hung up, we are also on the do not call list.
I got this call also, no one responded when I said hello! So I hung up. Sounds like a scam outfit to me from the previous statements. No doubt they are looking to get your CC # ! This really doesn't have anything to do with the do not call listing as these type of folks are calling to scam you and con you so they are not going to use any list.
