Four calls in two days to my cell phone, but when I call them back I get an automated message that "a representative is unavailable."

Left a message that was just background noise, multiple people talking, almost like someone accidentally dialed while waiting for the bus.

Same thing happened to me, twice, there were some background noises like people talking and I can clearly hear a man and a woman laughing closeup.
