So annoying. They all all hours and at least two-three times a day. I just put on my blocked list, so at least it doesn't ring and they NEVER leave a message. I don't answer or take calls I don't know and if they don't state who they are or leave a message, for sure don't get a return call.

I am just taking a guess here but they are probably a scam debt collection agency. I called them back and the person was rude and ignorant. Odds are it's a VOIP number and they are probably located in the South not Oregon as their number would indicate.
