I think Diane meant she blocked it immediately after getting the call. Scammers know how to appear to be legitimate businesses on people's caller I.D. I got the call too from this number,and it wasn't from O.P.B. either.
Received several calls from 971-247-4938, one had a caller ID of "OPB" and the other blank. I thought the OPB was Oregon Public Broadcasting and called the number. I got a recorded message from male voice saying it was "S B & A quality assurance" and if I wanted my telephone number removed from their call list to leave a recorded instruction of such with my number. This I did and I will wait to see what happens.
