no msg; based on Sarah's comment I believe its a shady pharmacy re-directing their calls through a US number (in this case, a landline thru North Plains, OR)
I have received multiple calls from this number, and they try and sell perscription medications,,they follow with calls from alleged DEA agents.. All a big scam
