Who called from 9712478736

Caller has a very heavy Middle Eastern accent and talks over you and is very rude. Don't answer any question. You'll fall prey to endless spam calls just based on the fact that you had said you owned the called phone when first asked by the rude dude. You can't call the spam caller back either.

Call center asking directly for you. I haven't answered the calls, but I have tried calling back and they asked for me by name. So calling back does work, its definitely a call center. I hung up after they said my name so I'm not sure what they are calling for exactly, but I will be blocking the number.

This number calls repeatedly on cell phone.  All hours last 4 days

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
