speaks with a thick accent.  Cannot understand him.  Says I will be turned over a judge

Calls 3X per day!

I've probably had this phone number call me 3 times a day for about a week. I call it back only to hear a prompt to be placed on the do not call list. I can't get through to anyone. I've asked at least three times to be removed from the list, but still I get calls.

I can't wait to hear from them...it's going to be a blast because it's a total spam call.
