Who called from 9712483800

This number calls me all the time and they won't stop. They say that they are a law firm but they aren't.

I just got a call from this number, using US Bank name regarding an acct that I have never opened. They are demanding $ 495 to be paid immediately or they will have a law suit agaisnt me and my daughter's name.  They presented themselves as Stanley Attorneys. I already talked with my Bank, they said that they don't have work with that Company, no idea who they are.
