Just received a call with an automated/human sounding voice "Hi this is Robert from customer care, how are you today" I stayed silent..then said who is this... Automtated systems says, "are you there" I didn't want to say yes because it was automated and recording only my responses and today "Yes" can cover a lot of unauthorized changes. It hung up because I didn't give the responses it wanted. DON'T SAY YES. I work in communications and saying Yes where ONLY YOU are recorded can set you up to get signed up for things you never authorized.
Criminal SCUM. I'm reporting, have had enough of these pustules. I asked automated Robert if this were a telemarketer call. He/it replied, "no!" Then hung up.
