They called this morning and I answered and they asked for a Rick, I told them wrong number and they hung up!

They Keep calling me for my ex boyfriend and when I tell them that they just hang up really rude,

This number is for an All State, or State Farm insurance Agent.... I've asked him multiple times to stop calling me, and I have a phone log record where he has called me probably 20 times since September. I've asked him politely to stop, and angrily to stop, told him I'm not interested in what he is selling or a quote, and he keeps calling me, and never answers when I call back to tell him to STOP again when I miss his calls. How do I get this guy to stop calling me?
