One of our doctors offices were receiving call after call. This number is owned by Efax.com. CALL: Customer service department and ask for Level 2. You can reach them at 1-323-817-3205, available 24/7. Was told that number 19712751300 was not active, but after investigation they found out that one of their servers has this number as its main. They claimed it was a server test going wrong. They could not fix the server issue but was able to place our office number on a server do not call list. This resolved the issue. Ask for level 2 do not waist your time with level 1 for they are silly, stupid people that tell ponderous untrue things.
