They have 30 people working on complaints... so the more complaints a company gets, the higher priority to put these klowns out of biz.
The usual credit card interest rate reduction lowlife scumbags.
"This is absolutely the last time we call before we call your file." I wish. Yes, I believe that as much as how you follow the prohibition against robocalls and calling people on the do not call list. And the use of FINANCIAL CTR as the caller id makes your call so believable and reputable. Not.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION, THEY WILL ONLY USE IT FOR IDENTITY THEFT. DO NOT PRESS 1, IT WILL CONFIRM YOUR NUMBER.
Report them to the FTC for their violations. Here is the link

I got a call from this number yesterday. I debated about answering it, but finally did. I hung up after about 5 seconds since no one was there. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to block individual numbers only those that display no ID or say 'RESTRICTED'. I won't be answering any more calls with 'Financial CTR' name on it. As before, I have filed a complaint with the FCC on the number, but it doesn't go into effect for at least 30 days.
Best recommendation: if you don't recognize the caller ID, or the area code, don't answer the call. Let it go to voice mail or your answering machine. If it is someone you know, you can always call them back.
BTW: They're starting to hit my cell phone too, but at least on that device, I can block individual numbers.
