Called me at 7:55am, no message. Called back, she didn't identify the company. At first, she couldn't find my number. Said it was a collection agency but she couldn't find my account info based only on the phone number. Wanted my name and other info, I wouldn't give it. Told her to remove my number from the call list. She said she couldn't because she didn't have my info.
But...but...you have the phone number!
recieved same type of call it was a man who answered and insisted i give him my number did some reserach this company is "phishing" and is a scam I reported it to the FTC i suggest you do as well the more claims the more likely these [***] will be shutdown
Linda Mills from Garrett, Meridian, Ross, looking for a supposed relative with a complaint against them, who had listed me as related. Our number is unlisted; suspect this is a collection agency.
I received a call from this number saying it is urgent I call them back. I was at the doctor's office. So I did a little research before I called. Noticed this and a couple of other complaints before I called. So once I called he knew my social, my supposed place of employment (when I asked him he said I know where I WORK... I am unemployed)... Blah blah blah... Long story short said I took a loan out with my previous credit union (never did) and that I owed them money. I asked him how much and for an address to start mailing payments and he refused to give me anything!!! This is a scam!!!!
